Mary Phelps was among the first to respond when i reached out to several agents on listing house. And when other agents had more competitive rates Mary was able to match them. Very professional and would answer any texts or calls i had late into the evening. very easy going and took as long as we needed to take care of any questions and concerns we had .She immediately was on the ball on contacting the necessary people to get photos of the property and get the well and septic testing and within several days had the property listed. we had to move within two weeks of listing the property so she would go out to the property a least once a week and keep an eye on it and make sure everything was functioning correctly. property was listed and sold within 5 weeks with very minimal effort on out end. so glad that we chose to hire her for our listing agent.
