Janice was raised in Westfield, NJ. When she was younger her Dad would drag her in and out of renovation projects. She'd even help Dad with some projects, especially picking out materials!
Since she was young Janice always had an eye for design. Years later, would've never guessed that those experiences with her Dad long ago were going to help catapult her real estate career!
Today, Janice focuses on helping homeowners get TOP DOLLAR for their home and her eye for design comes in very handy. Not only does she help sellers create a more desirable space for buyers, she also helps buyers see past some spaces that don't look ideal at first glance. Her experience in design, construction, and working with people her whole life has helped many clients reach their dreams of homeownership and achieve TOP DOLLAR for her sellers.
"As they say real estate is all about location, location, location. I focus on the Union County area since I know it like the back of my hand and I can serve my clients best. I believe it is important as a Realtor to have a pulse on the area that I'm helping my clients in. From one area to the next value's change dramatically, changing school districts, flood zones, zoning, etc. I assess my client's needs and help them choose their ideal neighborhood. Once they choose the area they want to live in then it's just a matter of time before we find their dream home."
