It is with great enthusiasm that we recommend Janice Patterson and her team. My husband and I have worked with a large number of realtors over the years, and we can say, without hesitation or reservation, that Janice is the best agent weve ever dealt with either as a buyer or seller, period! I can speak from experience, as I first became a Real Estate agent in Florida in 1983, and then a broker. Later, I got my Real Estate Brokers License in another state, up north, as well. We had a beautiful lake front lot in Florida that had been on the market with another agent. Though it was lovely, the previous realtor generated no interest in it. No matter how great a property is, it will not sell itself unless people actually view it, and they will not view it as readily unless it is well presented. Janice had the most professional photo listing that weve seen, including aerial drone photos. Her description of the lot was perfectly written, such that perspective buyers could envision living in the beautiful setting that it provided. She answered questions promptly, was very accessible, and handled the closing professionally. There were no hiccups along the way. We have been impressed with every aspect of her business approach, and have kept in touch over the past year. Shes been willing to help us with other real estate questions. If you have property to sell, or if you are hoping to purchase property in Central Florida, we doubt you will be able to find a better Realtor than Janice. Janice was very professional but at the same time personal , she called me daily to keep me informed on the status of the property she was selling for me , I travel a lot so she handled everything perfectly for me , I didn't do anything but show up and sign the papers , she did the rest , totally awesome , definatley will use her again .
