I have been a licensed Real Estate Broker for over 25 years. During that time I've seen many market trends come and go. I have experienced a variety of market conditions and I know how to perform in all of them. I am not a high pressure agent. I am client-centered always mindful of the bottom line and what effect various decisions will have on my clients financially. I believe that buying or selling a property is a very important decision and should be taken very seriously and thoughtfully. I prefer to work with buyers and sellers who are willing to accept the multitude of experience and knowledge that I have acquired over the years. I've learned so much and I would love to share it with clients who want to make wise, thoughtful and financially beneficial real estate decisions. As a result, I like to educate my clients on what to expect during every phase of the buying or selling process, because I believed that an educated and knowledgeable client makes a better more informed decisions.
