I recently helped a couple relocate back to our area. They were coming from an apartment in a big city and were not sure of their desires for a "forever home". I listened to both people and asked a lot of questions and then I scheduled an afternoon of open houses, showings and finely a new build in the area. By the end of the day, they not only knew what was perfect for them, they were confident enough to write an offer on the new build. When the appraisal was done for the lender, the home appraised 10% over purchase price! They had made money before they even closed the deal! They are thrilled.

After a career as a business analyst and time off for family obligations, I reviewed my life-long passions and remembered my real estate interest as a young adult.
