Janey Bishop

My mission is to assist families to make the most informed real estate decisions during difficult times in their lives and to always protect the family's interests and assets. I am a residential Real Estate Broker in the San Fernando Valley. I specialize in Probate, Divorce/Family Law, and Seniors' real estate transactions --three populations that need the extra care and attention that only a trained, seasoned and savvy agent can provide. My Probate training as a CPE and CPRES, as well my experience as Executor, Administrator, and Trustee, create my well-rounded knowledge and familiarity of the legal landscape. My CDRE and RCSD Divorce certifications provide valuable expertise for family law transactions. I credit my appreciation for Seniors to my own family members who were wonderful storytellers. As a Realtor since 2008, I established my own brokerage in 2020. I hold both a Bachelor's and Master's in Business Administration, which, coupled with my small business background, enables me to guide my clients toward the right legal, tax, and accounting professionals early in their decision-making process so they can make the most informed decisions. My passion for giving back to the community has led me to volunteer my time for the Red Cross, as an after-school teacher, and I currently runs the senior luncheon at my church.
