when I met Janet I knew exactly what home I wanted to purchase. This home was listed for sale by owner and Janet was willing to tackle the challenge. She managed to convince the owner to replumb the entire home and install an AC. I honestly couldnt be happier.

JANET WAS GREAT THROUGH OUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS. SHE SAVED ME MONEY REVIEWING MY CONTRACT AND NEGOTIATED ME RECEIVING A FREE APPLIANCE PACKAGE, FREE SCREENED IN PATIO, AND $1200 WHEN THE BUILDER COULDNT CLOSE ON TIME. EVEN AFTER WE CLOSED SHE TOOK ME TO BUY A MATRESS AND PICKED IT UP WITH ME AT THE WHAREHOUSE. SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND DURING THE WHOLE PROCESS AND WERE SO GLAD WE FOUND HER.
