My team performs at the top 1/2 of 1% of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices(R) California Properties in San Diego, where we provide locale-specific expertise in all forms of residential transactions.

I embrace the opportunity to work with clients from all walks of life and offer specific capabilities provided by my background. I am an American of Chinese descent, with fluency in spoken Mandarin. Additionally, I hold an engineering degree from the University of California and am twenty years as a certified Professional Engineer.

Also active in community and school service, I have tutored reading and math, coached Lego Robotics teams, and helped out in the classrooms. Perhaps of greatest importance to my clients is that I am an individual with highly focused work ethic, integrity and organizational skills.
