Houston, TX aEUR" Janet Davila went above and beyond expectations helping us sell our condo. We are sellers from out of state (Oregon). Janet is professional and knowledgeable, and VERY patient. Janet listens, thats an art form in and of itself. Janet is open, honest, thorough. Janet delivered on everything she said she would do AND MORE. Communication was 100% reliable with updates, and/or answers your questions immediately. If Janet didnt know, she would find out and youd get a call, text, or email with the answer (sometimes multiple combination of communication to make sure you received it!). A little back story beginning with the fact that I was supposed to travel to Houston to view the property (Id never seen it before). Meet at the property with several realtors (Janet was one of them) to get a sampling of realtors from the area all while the tenants still occupying the property! I ended up in the hospital two days before I was to be in Houston and had to contact all the realtors to aEURoeplease go without me and take picturesaEUR? following up with either phone calls, or web calls. Janet had me from the moment we spoke on the phone, she understood my needs and what we needed to accomplish. Janet not only assisted with tenants exiting the property, but she also assisted coordinating vendors for cleanup (tenants left a HUGE mess inside and out), complete renovations of the condo (tenants pretty much destroyed the property), and more! Even the vendors Janet assisted in obtaining for work performed were 100% communicating on every little detail that made us so very comfortable, from emails, texts, and lots of pictures. We never worried, we were always on track for completion. We had some bumps in the road with buyers (yes, multiple), Janet was always there representing us like we would have if we lived there. I can go on, and on, about how fantastic Janet is, but youd be reading a book. Shes wonderful! You definitely know who side shes on. Best choice I ever made was selecting Janet as an agent. I can without a doubt recommend her to everyone and anyone who wants to sell their home.

Janet as a realtor.... Marvelous, very professional, patient, knowledgeable, and flexible. This was my first house purchase experience and Janet walk me through the entire process. She accommodate my work schedule along with my children's schedule. She answer any and all questions and explained everything in great detail. She also accompany me to closing!! I highly recommend her to anyone who is not experience with purchasing a home and looking for an individual with great integrity.
