We highly recommend Janet Brunner for your realty needs! Our working relationship with Janet started before we used her as our realtor. We moved to Littleton from out of state several years ago and used a realtor who was the semi-retired mother of a friend. We didn't have a solid grasp of the Denver Metro real estate, but because of the crazy market at that time, we made an aggressive offer on a house...and subsequently worried that we were overpaying. On the recommendation of our son, who had used Janet when he and his wife bought a home, we reached out to her for a second opinion. She was happy to help and took the time to review the property, assuring us that the price was fair and appropriate. When we recently decided to downsize, the decision to work with Janet was easy. She helped us purchase a townhouse we love, then helped us sell our house during these unpredictable times. She has great local knowledge and is motivated.
