I met Janet as the sellers agent when I bought my first house and worked with her to rent a property and sell a property. Simply put, Janet is the absolute best at what she does because she is knowledgeable, objective, and principled. It is very difficult to find an agent with Janet's level of experience and knowledge. Very few agents have aided both seller and buyers in so many different municipalities and this was the reason enlisting Janet as our agent was a no brainer. She is the ultimate professional. She is very knowledgeable in every area of real estate. She is patient and also very detail oriented. No detail is too small so nothing is overlooked when working with her. She is never too busy to answer the simplest of questions and always made time for us, keeping our priorities and goals in mind. Both buying and selling a home can be a stressful affair but with the right agent it can be a smooth process and Janet is testament to that.

Janet is a wonderful realtor. As the Buyer, we are happy working with Janet from our very first conversation. Janet is professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful, patient, responsive, diligent, and experienced. Janet seems to be familiar with all parts of New Jersey, and she explained to us every appliance/system/feature/material in the houses we toured. We feel that Janet is really good at predicting how much we have to offer so that the Seller is willing to accept our offer. Following Janet's suggestion, our first offer submitted for the house we wish to purchase was successfully accepted, and the price we offered was not high. Janet also suggested to us an excellent loan officer and a fantastic attorney, with whom she had been working for years. Janet has great negotiation skills. We had multiple repair/replacement requests to the Seller after inspection. Originally the Seller rejected most of our requests, but with Janet's negotiation, the Seller agreed to all our requests. It was such an enjoyable experience purchasing a house with Janet as our agent. We were worry-free because Janet took care of everything for us.
