We originally wanted to buy land and build on it but the week of closing the lender said it wouldn?t work due to very stupid reasons so we decided on a Tuesday to throw in the towel on the land and we had Janene send us a list of pre existing homes. On Wednesday we picked out the house we wanted to go see, saw it on Thursday and put in our offer and by Friday our offer got accepted!
