Janelle Penney has joined the Team Blue Real Estate group located in the Wilmington office of Northbridge-based ERA Key Realty Services. Janelle Penney
After graduating high school, Janelle decided that she wanted to follow in the footsteps of her parents and join the real estate world. She completed her course and earned her real estate salesperson license. She is excited to learn and start her career as a professional in real estate.
"There were a lot of factors that made me want to get my real estate license," said Janelle Penney. "I have watched my parents flourish in real estate my whole life by helping people find the home that best matches their needs and wants. Buying a home is an important purchase, and helping people make this transaction easier is exactly why I joined. I am very excited to continue on my journey in real estate and to be a part of a talented team like Team Blue."

Community Involvement
Giving back to the community has always been important to me. I stay involved locally by helping with cheerleading programs, supporting young athletes, and encouraging confidence and teamwork in the next generation. I also care deeply about animal welfare and regularly support local dog shelters through donations, volunteering, and advocacy for rescue animals. Being part of the community I serve is something I truly value. Whether it is supporting youth activities or helping animals find loving homes, I believe small acts of kindness can make a big difference.
