This is our second go-round with Jane, and honestly I wish I could take her to every place we deal with real estate. We weren't even in Florida, and she handled everything like a master. She took our plain brick home, and had the furniture staged, had the landscaperes come in. The result was a stunner - and it sold on the 2nd day of showing for 23K more than we thought was our absolute max. Honestly guys, do your research and then come back and get Jane. When you figure that it costs virtually the same percentage for a bad agent as it does to get the very best out there, it's a massively easy call.
