Jane McCroary - You will not find a more competent and dedicated real estate agent. How did we find Jane? My wife and I were being relocated to Montana from Florida. We did our due diligence and spent hours searching online agent reviews. We were in a time crunch and needed a results oriented professional. Jane took the time to listen and understand our rapid move situation and time sensitive needs. Jane did not waste time. She got right to work and prepared an exceptional marketing plan, ordered home staging and photography. Her marketing campaign was extensive and far-reaching.?? Jane is a detail-oriented hands-on agent that provided a stress-free transaction from beginning to end. This is our second go-round with Jane, and honestly I wish I could take her to every place we deal with real estate. We weren't even in Florida, and she handled everything like a master. She took our plain brick home, and had the furniture staged, had the landscaperes come in. The result was a stunner - and it sold on the 2nd day of showing for 23K more than we thought was our absolute max. Honestly guys, do your research and then come back and get Jane. When you figure that it costs virtually the same percentage for a bad agent as it does to get the very best out there, it's a massively easy call. It was for us - AND - as a repeat client, she gave us a discount! Just amazing - THANKS JANE!
