As a recent first time homebuyer, I did not know the importance of having a good agent. I figured anyone can do paperwork, so what does it matter. I couldnt have been more wrong. If you are serious about buying property, look no further. To put it simply, Jane gets things done. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes time to explain things in simple ways. If you ask for something, she is on it at an alarmingly fast pace. And possibly the most important quality, she is an absolute joy to work with. My fiancA(C) and I were able to get our dream home, not because we put in the highest offer. We got it because of Janes great reputation amongst the agent community. The sellers agent was someone that had worked with Jane in the past, and due to the great previous experience, there client was swayed to go in Janes direction and take our offer. I could not recommend Jane Hipple enough. If I ever am in a position of needing an agent again, I know the first and only call Ill need to make.

Jane was tremendous in helping my wife and I purchase our first home. We went in without a clue in what we needed to not only purchase the house, but all of the after work needed to spruce the house up. She connected us with painters, flooring, kitchen appliance groups, handy men, etc. All of which she helped vet and get the best pricing possible. She was amazing to work with.
