Our listing was not an easy one. Almost everything that could go wrong went wrong. Jane was very calm and cool walking through everything with us slowly. She has a lot of local resources available to help out almost any scenario. She is always available even though she has a busy schedule. Having a specific type of house in mind can make it difficult to find the house you are looking for. Add to the situation that you live almost 1000 miles away and the challenges grow. I was lucky to connect with Jane Carmichael. She did a lot of running around and checking out properties for me. Unfortunately we were unable to find a property that had what I was looking for. At that time, Jane gently suggested looking for land and building the house I wanted. She didnt provide it as a hard sale aEUR" more of a aEUR~have you thought about... I hadnt. And when I did, it seemed like a good idea. Jane then spent time finding some land opportunities. We found one that I liked and she helped me negotiate . After settling on a price, Jane helped me with the closing, so far was able to close remotely. Jane also provided me the name of a local builder that she had worked wth directly. She highly recommended him, and so far, I couldnt be happier with the work he is doing. We still have a ways to go, but I feel confident that I will be happy with the final product. I highly recommend Jane Carmichael.
