Janamarie assisted my family with buying our forever home. This was the biggest purchase we have ever made and she made it an amazing experience. Janamarie stood by us every step of the way. She made phone calls and sent emails before we even thought of doing so. She even stopped into our mortgage company to make things easier on our behalf. She answered our million questions with ease and made sure we knew all of our options. After closing, we realized we needed to know where the septic tank was located. I called her and she told us she was on vacation but would reach out for the information and get it to us as soon as she could. The next morning, we had everything we needed. Just when the excitement starts to wear off from purchasing our new home and we begin to settle in, Christmas crept up on us. We came home to a Christmas gift on the porch from Janamarie and Karamarie thanking us for being their customer.

She helped me with everything from looking at the house to negotiating with the sellers of the home and always worked in my best interest and was always honest when she thought something was not right or unusual. She also came to the closing which was nice. Her knowledge of the area was great as well.
