I should have done this 3 years ago. Jana helped me purchase my first house in 2012. I couldn't have been happier with the experience and working with Jana made it SO much easier than I expected!Jane is fantastic. She has an intimate knowledge of the market and always gave great insights. She has an extensive network that really helped in multiple situations. Extremely responsive, attention to detail, and just overall very friendly and great to work with. Jana embodied two things that you absolutely must have in a relationship with a Realtor--trust and communication. I don't think I ever went more than 2 hours without getting a response to an email or phone call. Jana recommended other great services, including home inspector who I had great experiences with as well. In negotiations, she helped us get the price down even further (another critical reason to go with an exclusive buyer's agent!!!). She negotiated with the sellers. I don't believe any other Realtor would have worked that hard for me and it has made all the difference! I have had an Ocean View House under her help with reasonable price !Jana also is an export on everything about house. After closing, she also recommend cleaning team, and roofing team. Her recommendation is so trustful, and I still use these teams for further jobs! I couldn't recommend Jana enough. I couldn't have taken this huge, life-changing step for me without his guidance.
