Jan Terhune

Jan J. Terhune is a native of Louisiana, born and raised in New Orleans/Gretna. She spent her adult life in Houma, and for the past thirteen years as a resident in the Opelousas/Washington area. Jan entered her Real Estate career with thirty years experience in the legal field as a Paralegal and Notary Public, combined with twenty years as an independent, certified, National Notary Association signing agent for title companies nationwide, performing loan closings on new purchases, refinances, HELOCs and reverse mortgages. Having worked solely as an independent agent for the last seven years, Jan has tapped into a true love for working with and assisting others in their life journey. It is though this fondness of helping others that Jan J. Terhune will serve both buyers and sellers with care and compassion for their real estate needs.
