I've had the pleasure of working with a variety of clients, including first-time homebuyers, families seeking more space, retirees looking to downsize, out-of-town buyers getting to know the community, and locals looking for a change within the area. Each client brings a unique vision, and I’m here to help them find the right property to fit their needs.
A recent transaction that stands out to me involved a client who was in the process of adopting her granddaughter. She had lost her husband to COVID and didn’t have family nearby for support. I was able to help her list and sell her home, which gave her the opportunity to move closer to her son and purchase a new home for her growing family. The most rewarding part? Her adoption was finalized the same week as the closing, making it an incredibly special moment for all of us.
I was first introduced to real estate by a coworker who worked as a part-time Realtor®. Observing how they guided clients through the buying and selling process—making it both educational and enjoyable—really inspired me. I saw the positive impact a good agent can have, and it sparked my own passion for helping people find their perfect home.
I’m currently working toward becoming an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), which will further enhance my ability to serve clients. I’ve been a licensed Realtor® for five years, and I work with a company that prioritizes ongoing education. I’m highly organized and dedicated to researching all possible options to ensure my clients make informed decisions.
