I have had 2 very pleasant experiences with Jan Jaussen as the real estate agent hired to sell 2 extremely different houses in the Greenville PA area. The first home was diligently maintained, meticulously clean and in a desirable location. Jan was able to direct us in choosing a price that was attractive to the potential buyers as well as profitable for us as sellers. The second home was a much older home in a less desirable location. This home needed a great deal of updating both with utilities (water, sewer, and electric) and with redecorating. She assisted us in setting an asking price that would satisfy Medicaid requirements and entice buyers to look closely at the potential of the home. Both properties were sold with the people representing the sellers who lived out of state. Both properties were owned by older couples who needed a patient real estate agent willing to answer questions in a kind and thorough manner. Both sales required contacting multiple contractors to complete work to bring the houses up to code. Jan was always available to help by suggesting contractors and meeting them at the homes to provide them with entry into the house to complete the work. She was very responsive to our questions and provided us with phone, email and text message communications. Jan is a kind, honest, sincere real estate agent and human being. We could not be happier with the process of selling of our homes. She was able to take what can be a stressful venture and turn it into a peaceful and smooth process.
