I am Jan Goczkowski and I love real estate..I have been a broker for Century 21 Langos &
Christian for over 25 years. I am passionate about selling real estate and working with sellers &
buyers
Sellers..They can always depend on me to help them prepare their home for sale. There are so
many new tools available to market their homes. There is staging, professional marketing
photos, virtual tours, drone photos. I also prepare the marketing brochures and a specialized
marketing program for them.
The secret to my success is communication. It is one thing to prepare their home for sale but
another to keep the sellers continually informed and involved in the process.of selling their
home. I keep them updated with the feedback received after showings, marketing reports and
much more all the way to their closing.. I like to think of it as all of us being on one team.
It is also important to provide virtual showings and virtual open houses along with electronic
signing capabilities.
Social Media plays a very important part of both the new home search for buyers and an
important marketing feature for sellers. I chose to work with Zillow many years ago. I have been
a Zillow Premier Agent since 2007.
I am also a military relocation professional. (MRP).I recognized the need to assist our military &
veterans take advantage of their home ownership benefits. I work with active military and
veterans to maneuver through the VA loan process.
I am also a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), I again saw the need to help our seniors
maneuver through the process of downsizing. I have identified groups to assist with organizing,
packing and removing items to make their move simpler. Making a big move like this is a
daunting task to even consider.
