Jan provided a level of hand-holding, compassion, and professionalism that could never be expected. She helped to hire a few craftsmen to do a few minor repairs and also hired some helping hands to move things out of the house for the staging. She communicated daily about showings and helped assist in the minor changes that were needed to close the sale. She was a tremendous asset to work with, and he would strongly suggest working with her as a seller or buyer. Through the entire experience, my Father found an amazing selling agent and a good friend.

ZillowVERIFIEDOur elderly Mom was sure she wanted Jan to sell our longtime family home when the time came. It is clear to see why. Jan walked us thru every detail of the process, and held our hand the whole time! Most of us adult children live out of town. There were infinite local tasks that needed to be done; Jan spent so much of her own time and effort--she went out of her way to make sure everything was handled, and sold Mom's house even in this very difficult economy.
