Tiffany Stevens was my realtor at the Bradshaw group and she was absolutely the best. From our very first meeting until closing i could not have asked for a better realtor. She had my back and best interest every step of the way but wasn't overbearing in her approach. I chose The Bradshaw Group to begin with because when I first started looking they were the only ones who didn't adult me with texts and emails if I clicked on something of theirs. Tiffany kept me on track but allowed me to do things at my pace. As a full time employed RN with ADHD that was greatly appreciated. I would recommend The Bradshaw Group and especially Tiffany Stevens to anyone ready to buy or sell a home.

Tiffany Goodman Stevens was my realtor 4 years ago to buy a house to stay in during college and in my current process of selling the home after I graduated. She went above and beyond in trying to find a house that fit everything I wanted. Working with her made it so much easier in finding a house and selling a house. She truly cares about the people she works with and makes sure they're happy. If I ever needed to go back to Greenwood she would be who I called because I know she's gonna find what works with me best.

I used Tiffany as my realtor. Tiffany made everything as easy as possible. She explained everything to me thoroughly & whenever mishaps came about, she was sure to get with me as soon as she could. Even for the things that were my responsibility-she would do whatever she could to help me get those things done! She's patient and she shows that she is very passionate about her clients and fulfilling their dreams. I love how thorough she is and she remained professional throughout. Any questions that I had regarding the process, she definitely had an answer! She shows that she loves what she does! She knows A LOT about real estate and doesn't mind sharing her knowledge with you when concerns arise. I couldn't have been blessed with a better realtor.
