We met Jamie during our relocation to the East Bay in 2019 and she helped us find the perfect home in a time where there was VERY little inventory in the area we wanted to buy in (she also helped us narrow that down as it was an international move and we needed advice on schools, etc). She kept in touch for 5 years, often dropping little gifts off for us on Holidays or texting on the last day of school to welcome the kids to summer! She also advised us on improvements vs market value as we extensively renovated the home. So, of course when faced with another relocation out of the area, we worked with Jamie to sell our home. When it came time to sell our dear aunt's old home in San Mateo, we called Jamie based on some local recommendations. Jamie met with us at the house and immediately offered valuable advice regarding what this modest but well maintained 1950 home needed to get it looking warm and inviting again. She also had done her homework and presented a workup of recent comparable sales which should help in pricing the listing. We were sold. Jamie worked with us every step of the way, and she coordinated pretty much everything necessary to get the home ready for sale. She worked with trusted contactors to make the paint, floors, and exterior of the house look fresh and new again. She helped us sell, donate or discard the home's contents (no small feat), and kept us well informed. When it came to pricing, she found a Goldilocks price point that we agreed with, and to this day I think the price caused us to get the most out of the listing. Additionally, she had the house staged beautifully, making the listing truly stand out among the current inventory. Jamie is an incredibly dedicated and hard working agent who works with infectious energy and enthusiasm.
