She has a great knowledge about the market and priced our house correctly for a sale under the average market days. She helped us stage our house, made sure the pictures were awesome and got the word out there. She also went out of her way to help the buyers agent, who didnt work locally, and showed the house to them, helped them complete paper work and answered any questions they had directly.
