This was our second time working with Jamie. The first time we were sellers, this time we were buyers. Jamie is equally proficient at both. Jamie always has her client's best interest in mind and is not afraid of submitting requests that other agents might be shy of. Our initial offer was low, and Jamie never balked at submitting it. I have had other agents in the past who were afraid of offending the seller or just didn't want to waste their time with the back and forth of counter offers, but Jamie did everything we asked of her. She is always positive, extremely professional, and responds promptly to every call, email or text. Whether it was selling our downtown San Diego condo, or buying a second home in San Marcos, Jamie can do it all.
