I love working with buyers! They've come to the right place. We need to get them pre approved first either with a lender they prefer or one that I closely work with. Once they are pre approved, we will know exactly which price point we can go to. I'll set them up to receive homes based on the criteria they need (location, bedrooms, baths, square footage, lot size, etc.). One we have a list of homes of their choice, we can go out househunting right away! Have your home set up as if you were in the buyers' shoes. Keep it bright, clean and organized for the professional photos which will end up on several websites. Maintain that appearance for all open houses and private showings. We will price it just right, so it'll capture a lot of buyer interest. Once we receive offers, we will go through each one together to decide which one has the best terms for your needs. I'll communicate with you and handle all details each step of the way. Many first-time home buyers and out-of-state sellers, trustee sales

A sweet retired couple found my information by doing a Google search 4 years ago. We kept in touch and they finally had the opportunity to sell their Concord house and move to the Midwest where they bought a cozy home (paid all cash using the proceeds of their Concord sale). They were so excited about not having a mortgage payment anymore and they live very close to family again. Since we've become friends, they invited me, my daughter and husband out to visit them when we are in their area (I'm also originally from the Midwest). I have many other past clients with these types of stories. I arrive a stranger and leave a friend :)

Prior to real estate, I worked for a senior living facility in Danville as a skilled nursing activity manager. I loved my job, but couldn't handle the death/dying part of it anymore. I applied for a real estate office manager position in Danville and remained there for several years before obtaining my salesperson license. My only regret is I wish I would have started this path sooner. It's such a rewarding career. I love helping my clients in every area of real estate.

I attend regular NAR/CAR/Century 21 EPIC trainings to keep updated on the current real estate market, new forms needed for each transaction and everything else pertaining to the industry.
