About Jami Venie

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Jami Venie, and I am the proud mother of three beautiful daughters. Among them are identical twins who are now independent, as well as a toddler with special needs. Family holds a paramount place in my life, and I make a point of conversing with them daily. In my leisure time, I derive great pleasure from engaging in activities such as hiking, reading, and gardening. Reading is an integral part of my routine, encompassing diverse genres such as real estate, self-help, and recreational literature. Additionally, I make it a point to read to my youngest child every evening. My core belief is that knowledge is an invaluable source of empowerment. Rather than aiming to be the most knowledgeable individual in any given setting, I actively seek to learn from others and acquire new insights on a daily basis. My journey in the real estate industry commenced in 2017, when I was purchasing my own home subsequent to a divorce. Amidst the chaotic circumstances, I made the conscious decision to pursue a career in real estate. At the time, I was managing a gas station and had plans to return to the medical field, where I hold certifications in various domains. Nevertheless, the allure of real estate compelled me to embark on this path. Assisting others has always been a passion of mine, and real estate provides me with a platform to fulfill this aspiration. Real estate is a dynamic field that resembles a roller coaster ride. Throughout the process, my clients inevitably become an integral part of my life. Witnessing the transformations they make in their new homes after closing brings me immense joy, and I make a concerted effort to maintain connections with them. The purchase or sale of a home often evokes concealed emotions that individuals may not have anticipated, and I am adept at helping them navigate these sentiments. Each transaction presents its own set of unique challenges, and it is within these circumstances that I thrive. Guiding my clients through the intricacies of the transaction, from inception to the closing table and beyond, is a responsibility I wholeheartedly embrace. 10/10 would realtor again Jami has the strongest drive for her work and you will never meet someone more dedicated to make things happen for you. Through sacrificing her time and over the top efforts to meet what I was hoping for, she made it a point to make sure I was reassured of anything I questioned, lost nights of sleep over my deal, ran into the most impossible out of left field scenarios and still made it happen because she puts her mind to her work. Awesome job! A realtor who cares! Jami knows how to sell a home. Jami did a thorough research of our home market. She was thorough in explaining everything to us about selling our house. Advertising of our home was all over the Internet including Facebook. We could call her anytime with any question and it never bothered her and trust me I can be annoying. We had multiple bids during high interest rates which surprised us. We received above asking price for our home...yep we were happy. Thorough and caring Jami was great to work with during my home search, which in a sellers market on a budget. I was going through the dissolving of a 25+ year marriage during my home search, Jami was patient and looked for the things I might miss due to emotional rollercoaster. She helped me envision what my condo could look like by the time I moved in, and it even surprised her how well it turned out. She checked in with me often during the process before I moved out of my situation just to make sure I was okay and safe. She was key in helping with the negotiations, and all the things the sellers companies were missing including the fact their title company failed to file the correct paperwork with the county initially. My husband and I started late in life to buy a home.( in our 50s) We had started with a different agent,whom wasnt a good fit for us. We then switched to Jami . She was knowledgeable, patient,and helped us through every step of the way. We looked at probably a hundred houses made offers on 13. ( offer accepted on number 13) Jami did not give up and kept us from giving up.
