Moving out of town was a huge step for our family, we had purchased our home in Bakersfield a few years ago and did not want to sell it but couldn't afford to keep it vacant. He came to our home and discussed the process and answered all my questions with impressive insight to the housing market and my specific neighborhood. He did his homework and gave me advice that provided me with the piece of mind I was seeking. Once the process began I had to put little to no effort in maintaining our property and the cost is better than any property management company I contacted. We had a tenant that broke his lease and Jameson contacted me immediately, and began the process in getting a new qualifying tenant into our rental. The downtime was minimal.
