James Weix

Jim Weix is well known by both the members of the real estate community and the residents of the Treasure Coast. Along with a highly successful real estate career, he writes real estate articles for several local newspapers, plus a national real estate publication He is considered an expert on real estate matters and has often been used as a news source for the two major daily newspapers. He is often a featured guest speaker. Along with creative and imaginative real estate marketing, Jim is well known among the waterfront community and is and writes a monthly fishing column. Jim's background includes commercial real estate, where he worked for an International firm in Wisconsin. He works well with everyone from high end buyers and sellers, to first time home buyers.
