About James Trzyna

Originally from Central New Jersey, Jim and his wife, Jackie, started vacationing in Southwest Florida in the 1980's, and made the decision to relocate to Naples in 1997 to live in paradise full-time with their 2 children and 2 Maltese dogs. Enjoying outdoor activities and the year-round warm weather, they are able to enjoy walks on the beach and in many of the area's nature sanctuaries, as well as play tennis, golf and practice yoga. After graduating from Lynchburg College with a BA in Business and Economics, Jim's career and passion for real estate began in 1983, with a major New Jersey commercial real estate developer, where he rapidly established himself as a highly regarded and successful commercial real estate executive. Now with over 3 decades of demonstrated experience as a Broker Associate, and over a billion dollars of completed real estate transactions, Jim continues to demonstrate his marketing talents and knowledge of the Naples luxury home market, keen insight of real estate trends, negotiation expertise and dedication to providing his clientele with exceptional service. Whether he finds the perfect beachfront condo with a picture-perfect sunset view, or a spectacular home overlooking a scenic fairway in an ideal golfing community, Jim's clients are able to relax, knowing that he and his group are handling every detail, while representing their best interests. In early February after 30 years of being a snowbird to sunny Southwest Florida, namely, Bonita Springs I chose to sell my condo in the Bonita Pines Club complex. I engaged the services of Jim Trzyna and his firm. What a great experience I have had with him. Being in southeastern, Wisconsin, while having to contact and contract electricians, plumbers and locksmith, and satisfy the needs and of the association wouldve been impossible for me. Jim, without being asked, jumped in and volunteered and did all the necessary legwork for me. He made life extremely pleasant for me doing things out of his way. Things that didnt have to be his to do , while keeping me updated in real time. The sale has gone smoother than I have or could have expected. Just call Jim! Being an out of state buyer, in a hot, hot seller's housing market is a challenge; and would have been impossible had we not had Jim's expertise.
