Over the years, my husband and I have purchased several homes in different parts of the country. Now, in the Las Vegas market, we have been dealing with James Simmons of the Simmons real estate group. His knowledge of the Las Vegas market is quite impressive, and in addition, he genuinely seems to enjoy the community he represents. He is most personable and generous with his time. We appreciated the fact that he was patient with us, and always available when necessary. And, importantly to us, he's not a high-pressure type of salesman. Any questions that came up received a quick response. We were very happy to have had him as our realtor.
