ZillowVERIFIEDRequested a tour through the Zillow app of a home as we just wanted to start shopping. First time thinking of buying a home, and just got preapproval. I got lectured by this guy for the 5 small minutes I talked to him and got scolded for wasting his $200 because apparently thats what his phone call to me cost. Not sure why hes working on Zillow and using that function to call people. Seems pretty backwards to me. Anyways, I'm glad it costed him money for how rude he was to meaEUR|

ZillowVERIFIEDMaking a cross-country move, my time in the Conroe area was finite. I had connected briefly with a couple of other agents, but neither one really seemed to value the fact that I had a ticking clock over my head. Not so with James. He went to work immediately after our first phone conversation, and he continued that approach throughout. He was very helpful when it came time to make an offer, and always had something of value to add to each showing, pointing out something here or there, sharing info about the area, property taxes, etc etc. And hes a good guy to boot. Lastly, I appreciated that we shared the same character trait on promptness: aEURoeAlways better to be five minutes early, than ten seconds late.aEUR? On task and on target. Highly recommend him to help you with your move.
