James and Charis were incredible for both my wife and I. Being first time buyers they took us through every step from showings to closing. We were living in our father's house when he passed and the house had to be sold. They not only sold our father's house but found our own property - a huge feat considering the way the housing market is right now. I do not know what we would have done without them as we knew nothing about buying and selling a home. They went the extra mile at every stage.
