James Russ II transitioned his career into Real Estate and joined Coldwell Banker Sacramento and worked out of the McKinley Park Office in Alhambra. He knew he would be a natural in the industry; after all, Real Estate is in his blood. In fact, his parents owned a Real Estate company since the early 1970's; not to mention, his grandfather was even a REALTOR. Because of his connection to the industry throughout his entire life, James had developed an understanding of the Real Estate industry and possessed great knowledge and familiarity regarding its rules, regulations, procedures and all facets of the transaction process. In addition, James has always been a people person. He is easy to get along with, approachable, personable, and works hard to provide the highest level of service possible to his clients. Not to mention, James is adept to all of the latest market trends and technology, and he implements a number of marketing strategies to ensure he is doing everything possible to sell his clients home. His natural ability with people, extensive knowledge of the industry, high level of integrity, patience, and strong work ethic have all attributed to James' immeasurable success. Stemming from his numerous achievements, James has a solid reputation in the industry and he continues to increase his involvement to share his extensive knowledge and expertise. In the past, James has served as the Secretary/ Treasurer of the Ruidoso Lincoln County Association of Realtors (in 2011) and was a Director of the Ruidoso Lincoln County Association of Realtors (in 2012). James was named 2013 Realtor of the year by the Ruidoso Lincoln County Association of Realtors, President for the Ruidoso Lincoln County Association of Realtors in 2014, Chairman of the Finance Committee for the Ruidoso Association, Co-Chair of the Fundraiser Committee, and has been President of Aspen Run HOA for multiple years. Currently James is the 2019 President-Elect for the New Mexico Association of Realtors where he is also on several committees including: Legislative, Benevolent & Budget Finance.
