I dealt with redden in building my home, he was a partner, I believe in Reliant Homes of King NC, he is the one that worked with me and I paid,My dirveway has a bent culvert which I did not discover for several months after I moved in and they just refuse to fix it, he also promise do fix the standing water in the front ditch within 90 days and over 3 years now the first landscraper has yet, to my knowledge, even show to take a lookdown below I put helped me buy a home or lot which he did and actually building a home
