As someone who has moved numerous times in my life, I have no hesitation saying that Carlee is hands down the best real estate agent weve ever worked with - which is especially saying something since I was not excited about this latest move (work driven). Carlee never once made us feel rushed or pressured and genuinely got to know us to make sure we both got what we were looking for and took so much stress out of the process. She is proactive and found issues others missed (mortgage company, relocation firm, title company, etc.) She double and triple checked every part of the process to ensure we had a smooth transition. I really want to emphasize that I was in tears when my work move was announced, I was selling a home I built and was crushed to leave, and Carlee still managed to make this not just a success, but a positive experience. Her professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail kept removing obstacles (none caused by her) while maintaining great relationships with every vendor. James was our realtor when we retired and moved to South Carolina. Eight years later I approached James to help with finding a new home in the Cincinnati area. He listened to what I wanted, even when I told him it didn't have to be the perfect house but the right one. He managed to fill both those almost impossible wishes. Just as important, he did it with it being a sight unseen purchase. Moving over state lines can be nerve wracking at the most but he even found me a realtor in Pawleys Island that, like James, was everything I needed. The two of them worked in tandem to make this move as easy as possible. Phone calls, texts and messages were always returned and paperwork was immediately expedited. He made this dreaded move as painless as possible. Who says you can't go home again? It depends on your support team and I happened to have James leading mine.
