James Oksen Jr

My name is James Oksen Jr, and I moved to the Triangle area in 2005 from California and have been selling real estate since my arrival.

My Experience

Prior to real estate, I was an office manager for a small transportation company where I wore just about every hat in the business from sweeping floors to customer service. In my first 5 years with the transportation company, I helped take them from annual revenues of $2,000,000 to $5,000,000.

I contribute this success to the relationships and trust I created with my customers in knowing I could get the job done.

I have taken these skills and systems and have applied them to my real estate business where I have created a loyal customer base.

Outside the Office

I'm a husband for over 25 years, a dad to two wonderful children, and a grandfather to three gorgeous kids. I'm something of a backyard mechanic that doesn't mind getting dirty and a jack of many trades. I love back-road rides on my motorcycle and going to car shows with my 1968 VW Baja Bug.
