She worked with our schedules and was very flexible. We where able to call or text anytime with fast response times. She even help go over papers if we didn't understand them. ZillowVERIFIEDJames was very knowledgeable about the process and communicative. I would actually recommend having a point person for contact that will be available and responsive (especially text). Its also very nice that his business donates to a charity after every closing. He overheard me mention recognizing one of the smaller organizations on their list of recipients, and redirected a portion of the donation to them. Portions of our experience were bumpy but we chalk that up to it being our first purchase and a lack of great familiarity with the process. James was very patient with us in this regard.
