As my agent, he helped me find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was very patient with me, as I was looking at so many homes over several months in so many different areas from the east bay to the south bay. In addition, once my offer was accepted, he didnt stop right there. He was proactively helping me communicate with all parties like my loan consultant, the listing agent, my 1031 exchange accommodator, and the escrow officer to make sure the process went smoothly. After my escrow was closed, he continued to help me looking for a good handyman, getting measurements for all new appliances that I need to purchase to make sure theyre the right ones, and talking to the fence contractor etcaEUR|He went above and beyond to help me in so many different ways to make sure I am well taken care of.
