About James Marzo

The Mahoning Valley is my home, and I take pride in being a part of this community; as such, I care about helping others find pride in it, too. I graduated from Poland Seminary High School in 2006 and attended ETI Technical College for HVAC training from 2009-2010. As a life-long resident, I want people to feel as excited as I do to call the Youngstown area home. I have served the Mahoning, Trumbull, and Columbiana counties as an Ohio-licensed, full-time real estate agent for over 3 years. I am a very social person who loves meeting new people, so in my leisure time, I like to connect with the community through my membership at the St. Anthony's Society, bowling leagues, and bocce leagues; cook; and spend time with friends and family, especially my wife and our dog Rex. By consistently engaging with the community, I am continually building relationships with a variety of sources to assist me in creating a smooth purchase and/or sale process for my clients. Prior to finding discovering my passion for real estate, I worked as a Inventory Specialist for Southwood Surgical Hospital. My experience with hospital inventory allowed me to develop crucial transferable skills, including organization and attention to detail. This was my first time getting a home, and Karl was there every step of the way. This man really had my back and kept me updated with every new home that had popped up and was in my search criteria. It took a few houses to finally find a good one, but his determination to help me get that perfect home never faltered. Karl may look to be on the younger side, but do not let that fool you; I am confident his knowledge and experience overshadows a lot of the older, dusty realtors out there.
