James did an outstanding job finding a rental unit for us. We were looking for a rental place in Arlington for 2 months before we met James. The situation was challenging, as we were moving from Europe to the U.S., so we were not able to personally visit rentals. James was extremely supportive, very responsive to our requests, and secured a very nice place for us at a premium location in East Arlington. He did a virtual tour for us, which is a thing now.
