Used to the Knurek team to sell my house in March 2024. James initially walked through the house with me and made recommendations for those things that might make my house appeal more to buyers while cautioning me against spending money on those that would not add value ( some of which I had planned to do). With projects that were likely beyond my scope, he helped by offering a list of professionals that were both reasonable and timely. Not having been in the housing market for many years, I appreciated his explanation of current market conditions, and those things to consider when timing the sale and determining an asking price for my home. I most appreciated his communication style. He was very respectful, answered any question I had promptly (even if it was after business hours) , and kept me well informed with every offer that came in. He also educated me in factors to consider when evaluating an offer.
