I was even more impressed after we closed on my house to find out I wasnt the only client that he was working with at the time. He was able to treat me like I was the only client because of his diligence. Returning every call or text with 30 minutes and showing up on time or early to every showing. Also he was able to get quick response from seller typically within the hour. James made the process so easy.
