Hence the name or his podcast, Ambition Audio Show. James has admired Real Estate since he was a child. This has translated into an effortless passion in his Real Estate career. At Baruch College, James studied finance. He became proficient in the Bloomberg & Fact-Set software on Baruch's famous trading floor. This is where he learned to study markettrends. At St. Anthony's High School, he learned in a progressive college preparatory environment, and started as tight end for New York's #1 ranked state champion Friar football team. While on the executive board of the Pi-Omega chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon in college, James actively participated in philanthropy with St. Jude's Children's Hospital and the Pine Hill Street Clean Up. James is passionate about environmental preservation which manifests through his membership in Greenpeace. He also organized two summers of J1 students from Europe, which included gaining them employment and housing for dozens of abroad college students. Most still keep in touch regularly! When not in the office, he enjoys outdoor sports like basketball and cycling. He recently did a trip via bicycle from Babylon to Westhampton Beach to Montauk. James also enjoys exploring different cultures and has become fluent in Spanish along the way. Traveling outside the USA, James has been surfing in Costa Rica, played beach soccer in Barcelona, toured the scenic library of Dublin's Trinity College and climbed through the mountains of Montserrat! As a Real Estate professional, James recognizes and values the trust all his clients place in him and he strives every day to exceed their expectations.
