I recently worked with Rachelle Heinzen-Ruchty of the Goodman Taylor Team to purchase a new home in Goodyear, AZ (PebbleCreek). I traveled from out of town to meet with Rachelle who was recommended by the realtor who sold our home in Washington. Rachelle worked extremely hard for us starting several weeks before I visited the area by sending listings and answering my endless questions. Rachelle is very knowledgeable about the Phoenix area and the numerous suburbs. She helped me identify specific areas that we might like and drove miles to show me these areas. She listened to what I was looking for and offered recommendations. She also guided me on new builds, pool building and landscaping, which was extremely valuable! Rachelle was there throughout the closing process, working with the lender and the selling agent. She always responded immediately to my questions. I highly recommend Rachelle. James not only sold our home but helped us find our dream home. The Goodman Taylor Team made the sale and purchase of a home very smooth and seamless. James explained what was happening at every step of the process. I never felt like they were pushing us to settle for a home. We found many homes missing one item off our checklist, and most realtors would probably tell you just to get the home. James was the opposite. I would and actually have recommended Katie Taylor to anyone who is looking for a new home or to sell the one they currently own! I had a bit of a difficult sale (to no fault of mine or Katies) and I have extremely bad anxiety. Katie minimized any anxieties I had and talked me through every step of selling my home of 15 years. I would seriously recommend Katie to anyone. Even if they arent selling or buying I bring her up, because I know she is that amazing at what she does.
