James provided the perfect level of guidance and support for a first time homebuyer like myself. At each step in the process, he helped me understand what to expect and what was needed from me, so we could move things along smoothly. From the very beginning, he took the time to listen to what I was looking for and never tried to upsell me or pressure me to make decisions faster than I wanted. My closing authorization came in while I was out of town, and I could rest easy knowing that James was organizing everything so I could close as soon as I got back.
