About James Feiner
Martha's Vineyard Real Estate
Jim Feiner moved to Martha's Vineyard at the age of 9 when his parents took over the Beach Plum Inn in Menemsha from his Grandparents. In 1991, Jim moved back to the Vineyard with a background in marketing and business and became a real estate agent. With a strong interest in the community, Jim has served as a Martha's Vineyard Conservation Commissioner for 5 years, as a Housing Committee member for 11 years and has fund-raised for Martha's Vineyard Community Services, for 16 years. His devotion to creating affordable housing has gone in a new direction and he has spear headed multiple initiatives to find, purchase and help create opportunities for people in need. An avid kayak fisherman, Jim has paddled all the ponds and around most of the island appreciating the natural beauty. Jim's diverse local knowledge, love of the ocean and seashores, and his commitment to preserving the quality of Martha's Vineyard are just a few of the reasons you'll enjoy working with him.
