James and his team did an outstanding job on both the buying and selling sides of our properties! The communication was consistent and efficient throughout the process. His team is able to work digitally and face to face as needed. They even took care of our dog during the showings when we were not able to. James has negotiated many deals. Everyone was extremely helpful. Samantha was quick to respond when needed and able to work well in a tight time frame. She even stayed up past midnight on the night I flew in to make sure to finalize our timeline to see houses based on when my plane arrived.
