In the spring of 1998 he returned to his home state of Connecticut and began his career in Real Estate. He has been placed in the Top 1% of all Realtors statewide for closed unit sales as well as 3% nationally with respect to closed transactions. Jim also won Top 100 out of 1900 Realtors. Jim is currently working on a Revolutionary Real Estate Marketing Quantitative System which will measure whether a home is likely to sell or not based on two primary metrics; This will include the "Number of Showings" a home receives during the listing period & the number of "Days the home has been on the Market". The quantitative data based on these two metrics within the past quarter will enable a seller to glean insight on the probabilities they will receive an offer if they stay at their current asking price and how close an offer will likely be to their asking price. Jim will be making this information available for his clients only and he expects to begin issuing this data in Jan. 2012. This data can help a seller understand when it is time to drop the price and when to hold at asking price.
